In your online application you need to tell us:
- your name
- your date of birth
- the date you arrive (if you know it)
- where you are going to live in New Zealand (if you know it, e.g. Auckland or Timaru)
- your employer in New Zealand (if you already have a job lined up)
- your current contact details (such as phone number and home address).
