With ANZ Phone Direct you can:
- check your balance and transactions
- transfer money between your accounts
- pay your credit card
- pay many regular household bills
- request stop payments on cheques
- order statements
- organise automatic payments
- apply for an overdraft
- obtain the latest interest or foreign exchange rates.
Plus, with ANZ Phone Direct you can talk to an ANZ Customer Service Consultant 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
At certain high volume call periods, access to Phone Direct using a mobile phone may be restricted.
How to register
To register for ANZ Phone Direct, all you need is a Customer Registration Number, a PIN and an ANZ account that can be linked to ANZ Phone Direct.
