Phishing emails and text messages
March 2021
Please be wary of a variety of phishing text and email scams asking for both customers and non-customers to click on a link. The customer is then sent through to a fake site where they are required to enter their credit card and account details, personal information and security codes.
If you receive a text or email of this kind do not click on any links and delete the message immediately.
If you have inadvertently provided your details, please call us immediately on 0800 269 296 (international +64 4 470 3142).
Below are examples of the phishing emails and text messages. While Spark's branding is being used in one of the emails, Spark is not involved in the scam at all.
