Voiceover: Your cards are listed on this page with three options for managing each card.

The first option is to set a temporary block. If your card goes missing, you should place a temporary block on it straight away by selecting ’On’. This will stop your card being used for any transactions.

Any direct debits you've set up from this card won't be made, but card fees will continue to be charged.

Voiceover: If you find your card, you can easily remove the temporary block at any time by selecting ’Off’.

Voiceover: The second option is to report a ’Lost or stolen card’. Select this if your card is lost or stolen. On the next page, check the correct card has been selected and then choose lost or stolen to cancel it. You can also order a replacement card during this process.

The third option is where you can create or change a PIN for your card. Simply select ’Manage card PIN’, make sure you read the guidelines and enter a PIN of your choice. You'll be prompted to re-enter your selected card PIN to confirm it's correct.
