Voiceover: Let’s start with transferring money.

[Video: Internet Banking screen showing the actions described]

Voiceover: Once you’ve logged in, select ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top navigation menu, and then select ‘Transfer funds’ from the drop down menu.

Now select the account you want to transfer money from. Next, select the account you want to transfer money to. If you have a credit card or KiwiSaver account with ANZ, you can transfer money to these accounts as well. We’ll select a credit card for this example. Now enter the amount you want transferred.

You then have the option to ’Make this an automatic payment’. If you select this check box you can choose the date for the first transfer, the frequency, and how long you want the transfer to be repeated for. If this is a one-off transfer, leave this box unchecked.

Then simply enter the date you want the money transferred, and the details to appear on your statement.

Selecting ’Review and confirm’ will let you double check the transfer details, including the accounts and amount. If everything looks correct, select ’Confirm your transfer’. If you need to change something, select ’Change details’ and make the necessary changes.

Another way to make a quick one-off transfer between your accounts is to select ’Quick transfer’ on the top right of the home page. You’ll get some simple options to quickly transfer money between your accounts.
