Voiceover: When you’ve logged in, the first screen is the home page. This page has an overview of the accounts you have access to. Under each account name you can select ’View recent transactions’. This will show your last five transactions. If you want to see an account in more detail, select the account name, or select ’Your accounts’ in the top navigation menu and then choose the account you want from the drop-down menu.
Then you’ll be able to view the transactions for that account, and filter by date range. Or you can search for a specific transaction in the ’Search transactions’ field. From this page you can also select ‘Statements’ to view or download your recent statements for this account.
To see older statements for your accounts, select ’Your document library’ or select ’Documents’ in the top navigation menu. Then select the document type and the account you want to look at. Now select a date range (for example, ‘Last 30 days’) and select ’Search’. If you select ’View’ a new browser tab will open with a PDF version of the account statement. You can print or save the document from here and then attach it to an email if you wish to send it.
If you select ’Download’ a PDF version will download and show at the bottom of your browser screen. To open the PDF, select it. From there you can also print or save the document and then attach it to an email if you wish to send it.
