Longer wait times for home loan calls

We’re getting more phone calls than usual from our home loan customers. If your fixed-rate home loan expires soon, save yourself time – you may be able to refix in the ANZ goMoney mobile app or Internet Banking. Simply log in, go to your home loan, and choose from our competitive rates. 

You can also send your request by Internet Banking’s Bank mail.
