Auckland FC 2024-2025 Season Ticket Giveaway prize draw terms and conditions

The ANZ 2024-2025 Auckland FC Ticket Giveaway will consist of eight separate prize draws for eight Auckland FC games during the 2024-2025 season. The ticket giveaway for each match will run during the following dates and times: 

• Auckland FC vs Wellington Phoenix match: from 9am Monday 25 November 2024 until 9am Friday 29 November 2024. 
• Auckland FC vs Western United: from 9am Monday 9 December 2024 until 9am Friday 13 December.
• Auckland FC vs Macarthur FC: from 9am Monday 20 January 2025 until 9am Friday 24 January 2025.
• Auckland FC vs Wellington Phoenix match: from 9am Monday 10 February 2025 until 9am Friday 14 February 2025.
• Auckland FC vs Adelaide United match: from 9am Monday 17 February 2025 until 9am Friday 21 February 2025.
• Auckland FC vs Central Cost Mariners match: from 9am Monday 3 March 2025 until 9am Friday 7 March 2025.
• Auckland FC vs Western Sydney Wanderers match: from 9am Monday 24 March 2025 until 9am Friday 28 March 2025.
• Auckland FC vs Perth Glory match: from 9am Monday 7 April 2025 until 9am Friday 11 April 2025.

To enter a prize draw you must comment on one of ANZ’s 2024-2025 Auckland FC’s Ticket Giveaway posts on Facebook by tagging the person or people you would take to the match during the relevant dates for the relevant match. 

By entering any of the ANZ 2024-2025 Auckland FC’s Ticket Giveaway prize draw you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

The ANZ 2024-2025 Auckland FC Ticket Giveaway prize draws are open to all New Zealand residents or citizens aged 18 or above. Employees of ANZ, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion aren’t eligible to enter.  Entry is limited to one entry per person for each draw. 

Incomplete or unreadable entries, any entries that infringe the intellectual property right of third parties, that are plagiarised, offensive otherwise deemed inappropriate by ANZ, and entries that don’t comply with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of ANZ.

Each prize consists of four (4) tickets to an Auckland FC match taking place in New Zealand during the 2024-2025 season. There are five chances to win a prize for each of the following matches: 

• Auckland FC vs Wellington Phoenix, Saturday 7 December 2024
• Auckland FC vs Western United, Saturday 21 December 2024
• Auckland FC vs Macarthur FC, Saturday 1 February 2025
• Auckland FC vs Wellington Phoenix, Saturday 22 February 2025 (11 prizes of 4 tickets each)
• Auckland FC vs Adelaide United, Saturday 1 March 2025
• Auckland FC vs Central Cost Mariners, Sunday 16 March 2025
• Auckland FC vs Western Sydney Wanderers, Saturday 5 April 2025
• Auckland FC vs Perth Glory, Saturday 27 April 2025

Prize winners will need to make their own way to the match. No travel or accommodation will be provided as part of the prize.

We will randomly select one winner eight days before each match from each set of entries that complies with these terms and conditions, according to the match selected.  We will notify the prize winner by Personal Message (PM) on Facebook at least seven days before the match date. If we haven’t heard back from the prize winner within 24 hours of contacting them the prize will be deemed forfeited and we will select another winner. The tickets will be sent to the prize winner by courier before the match.

All tickets are issued subject to Ticketmaster’s Ticket Terms and Conditions ("Ticket Conditions") which apply to the possession and use of tickets. The winners of the prize will be required to comply with the Ticket Conditions.

We will hold all entrants’ personal information and may use such information to administer the ANZ 2024-2025 Auckland FC Ticket Giveaway prize draw. You can access and correct personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.

The winner takes the prize entirely at their own risk and releases ANZ from any claim, including damages, in connection with the prize draw or the prize.  By entering the prize draw you acknowledge that (1) this prize draw is in no way sponsored, administered, endorsed or associated with Facebook; (2) the information you provide is to ANZ and not Facebook and (3) Facebook has no liability to you in relation to this prize draw.

ANZ accepts no responsibility for any entries that fail to reach us by the closing date for any reason. 

Our decisions on all matters regarding the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We reserve the right to extend, discontinue or change the prize draw at any stage.
