Voiceover: Number one. Secure passwords and devices, set unique passwords, don't save them to your web browser and keep your PINs passwords and security codes secret. Keep your devices secured with a passcode or biometrics and update operating systems regularly.
Number two. Don't click on suspicious links. Watch out for emails or text messages that ask you to click on attachments or links to log into your internet banking. Make sure you always login directly from the bank's website.
Number three. Know how to spot the red flags. Are you being told to act urgently, or send money to someone you don't know? Does something sound too good to be true? Remember to think twice before acting and if you think you've been a victim of fraud, call us right away.
