During weekends, some services may not be available at open branches. Please call us first to check.

Regional Banking Hubs

Some basic banking services are available at local banking hubs in Martinborough, Ōpōtiki, Twizel, Waimate and Whangamatā:

Smart ATM: for cash withdrawals and note/coin deposits.
iPads: to access our website and ANZ Internet Banking.
Phones: to call our contact centre.
Change machine: to change notes to coins.
Book a Banker: a banking consultant is available one day a week to discuss your financial needs through video conferencing, and requires an appointment in advance. To make an appointment please contact the hub directly either in person, by email or by phone.

If you’re looking for financial advice or other banking services, staff will help you use ANZ Internet Banking or put you in touch with someone from our contact centre.

Martinborough Banking Hub

Location: Waihinga Centre, 8 Texas Street, Martinborough.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 9:30am to 4pm.

Services available: Smart ATM, iPads, Phone.

Ōpōtiki Banking Hub

Location: 103B Church Street, Ōpōtiki.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 2pm.
Smart ATM lobby is open 7 days from 8am to 6pm.

Services available: Smart ATM, iPads, Phone, Change Machine, Book a Banker.
