Before you apply

It always pays to be prepared - so here's what you'll need when you apply:

Your income – includes salary / wages, dividends, commission, rental income etc.

Your expenses – includes basic living costs (rent, food, utilities, etc), student loans, interest on hire purchase, credit cards, insurance premiums – and don’t forget entertainment and holidays.

Your deposit – how much cash or equity can you put towards the deposit? (If you have a low or no deposit, check out our special options for first home buyers).

Our range of mortgage calculators can help you work out how much you might be able to borrow and what your repayments could be.

ANZ lending criteria, terms and conditions and fees apply.
