How we help you with switching

If you decide to move your home loan to ANZ, we'll work with you to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

We can help by:

  • Opening your new account and setting up home loans.
  • Setting you up with ways to bank, such as ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ goMoney.
  • Liaising with your current bank on your behalf.
  • Transferring your balance to your new accounts.
  • Transferring any existing payments—, automatic payments, direct debits and bill payments to your new accounts for you.
  • Closing your old accounts—.
  • Contacting you when it's all done. This process can take up to 14 days to complete.
